Steps to Activate:

  1. Open the packet and locate the Activation Code card.
  2. Complete and submit the form below, and provide a good email address for contacting you.
  3. Watch for the confirmation email (be sure to check your spam folder).
  4. Open the confirmation email and take note of the information contained within it, particularly your App User Code and Storage Space Code.
  5. Be sure to keep the confirmation email because it contains important account information.
  6. Click the confirmation link in the email you receive.
  7. Your account is now active and you can start using the labels from the packet along with the Tub Track app.
